How does the service work? Schedule a pickup, leave your laundry out in your provided bag, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your items are washed, dried, and folded with care using your chosen EWG VERIFIED® detergent, then delivered back within 24–48 hours.

What days and times do you offer pickup and delivery? We offer scheduled pickup days based on your location to ensure efficient, timely service and consistent 24–48 hour turnaround.

Pickup windows are available in the morning (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) or afternoon (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM). During booking, you’ll see the next available window for your neighborhood.

We’ve thoughtfully grouped nearby areas into efficient routes so we can provide reliable service while keeping costs reasonable.

How quickly will I get my laundry back? Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from your scheduled pickup. Same-day service may be available upon request.

What detergents do you use? We use only EWG VERIFIED® detergents and laundry products — meeting the highest standards for ingredient safety and transparency. No harsh chemicals, no synthetic toxins.

What does EWG VERIFIED® mean? The EWG VERIFIED® mark is one of the strictest independent standards for health and transparency. It means the product has been thoroughly reviewed by the Environmental Working Group and meets their rigorous criteria: it avoids EWG’s list of ingredients of concern, provides full ingredient disclosure (including fragrances), and is formulated to be safer for people and the planet. We chose this standard because it aligns with our commitment to toxin-free living — giving you clean laundry you can truly trust.

During scheduling, you’ll select your preferred detergent (and fragrance-free options are always available). All products are EWG VERIFIED®, meaning full ingredient transparency and no ingredients of concern. Product availability is subject to stock; we may rotate equivalent EWG VERIFIED® options if needed.

Do you offer fragrance-free options? Yes. Both AspenClean Unscented and ATTITUDE Unscented/Baby options are fragrance-free and ideal for sensitive skin, babies, and eczema-prone households.

Are my clothes mixed with other orders? Never. Each order is handled individually to ensure care, cleanliness, and consistency.

How are clothes returned? Items are neatly folded and returned in your reusable laundry bag. Hanging garments are available upon request.

Do you handle delicates? Yes. Delicates are washed separately and handled with extra care.

Can you follow special instructions? Absolutely. We keep notes on your preferences so your laundry is done exactly how you like it. Feel free to add special requests during booking or reach out anytime.

How is pricing calculated? Laundry is priced at $2.50 per pound with clear, transparent pricing. Pickup and delivery are included with every order.

Do you have a minimum order? Yes, we have a $40 minimum per order to ensure efficient routing and service.

Do I need to provide anything? No. We provide a reusable laundry bag for easy pickup and delivery.

How do I schedule my first pickup? You can schedule directly through our website. Choose your preferred pickup window, select your detergent, and we’ll take care of the rest.
